TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions form a client agreement between you the client (hereby referred as you, your) and Beaches Baby Pty Ltd, ABN 21 631 662 112 (also referred to as Peta Arthurson IBCLC, Peta, the Lactation Consultant, we).
These Terms and Conditions also include the Fee Schedule, which will be outlined in the booking process.
In making a booking with Beaches Baby Pty Ltd, you are accepting these Terms and Conditions.
Description of service
These Terms and Conditions relate to services provided by Beaches Baby Pty Ltd which include; pre and post natal breastfeeding support and education, chest feeding and lactation support and management via in person consultations, telehealth, courses, education programs and written and video media (Services).
Bookings
All clients with bookings will receive a system appointment reminder prior to their appointment time for bookings as well as text message from the lactation consultant about your appointment.
In cases where confirmation has not been received, Beaches Baby Pty Ltd will reasonably endeavour to contact you to confirm your appointment and obtain pre-appointment documentation.
By booking your appointment you are accepting Beaches Baby Pty Ltd terms and conditions, privacy policy and have agreed to the consent form.
Payment is to be made prior to the appointment and is either by online appointment using the payment gateway Stripe, Square or PayPal.
We understand that things may change and your appointment time may need to move and we will endeavour to be as flexible as possible with you.
A “No Show” occurs in the event that we arrive at the designated appointment address at the appointment time and you are not there within 15 minutes of the appointment commencing. In the event of a ‘no show’ all reasonable attempts will be made by Beaches Baby to contact you and make an alternative appointment.No-Shows without warning will not be refunded.
Delivery of Services (eg business hours, ongoing support)
Beaches Baby business hours are Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 8:30am to 6pm, unless otherwise specified. Correspondence, phone calls and support outside of these hours are at the discretion of the Lactation Consultant.
All packages outlined in the Fee Schedule include 7 days weeks of ongoing email or phone support.
Ongoing support outside this length of time can be purchased by making a follow up appointment.
Fee Schedule
In Home 2hr Consult, including 7 days of phone and text support - $280
In Home 1hr Follow Up, including 7 days of phone and text support - $140
Zoom 30min Telehealth appointment - $85
LATCH Group Breastfeeding Education Class - $80pp
LATCH In Home Private Breastfeeding Education - $240 per couple
Private Health funds
If you have private health insurance, you are responsible for liaising directly with your private health fund to determine if you are eligible for private health benefits in respect of the services you receive from Peta Arthurson, IBCLC.
Dispute resolution process
Beaches Baby Pty Ltd are committed to their clients and their customer satisfaction. If, in the event your are unhappy with the Services provided by Beaches Baby Pty Ltd we encourage you to contact us at info@beachesbaby.com.au to discuss your complaint and rectify if appropriate.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law I Beaches Baby Pty Ltd, Peta Arthurson IBCLC will not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the Service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Beaches Baby Pty Ltd, Peta Arthurson IBCLC from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to, or arising out of, your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
